CANCELATION POLICY: In the event of cancelation, a cancelation fee will be applied to the order. Please note that the fee can range from 35%-45% of the total amount, depending on order type and other variables. Event orders, such as weddings, festivals, parties, etc. require a 30-day cancelation notice. For all other order types, a cancelation notice must be given no later than 48 hrs. from the event/date of service. If a cancelation notice is given within the proper time frame, and the invoice has already been paid, a partial refund, minus the fee, will be sent to the client within 3-5 business days, from the date of received cancelation notice.
